Grief is something that can not be rushed. It is not a linier process or journey. It does not come in stages, it is chaotic and affects both physical and emotional aspects of your personal wellbeing. Grief can be felt when you lose a loved one, a pet or a job. Grief may also effect you when you hear about events occurring throughout the world.
A holistic approach, utilising a variety of techniques in a non intrusive supportive manner while working at the speed set by the client, has been shown to work best in helping work through the grieving process. This is the approach employed by Personal Transitions. We work at your pace and in ways that make you feel comfortable.
